Refund policy statement
ISHIP DEV, a company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Moldova, maintains a strict no-refund policy for all purchases of Activity Recorder & Tracker activation codes. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No refunds under any circumstances
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances whatsoever. This policy applies without exception to all purchases regardless of reason.
2. No refunds before activation
Even if you have not yet activated your code on a device, refunds will not be issued. Once payment is processed and an activation code is generated and delivered to your email, the transaction is complete and non-refundable.
This includes situations where:
- You change your mind about the purchase
- You purchased by mistake or in error
- You no longer need the service
- You found a different monitoring solution
- Any other personal reason
3. No refunds after activation
Once you have activated your code on a device, refunds are absolutely not available. Activation of the code constitutes acceptance and full use of the product, making the sale final and irreversible.
4. No refunds for technical issues
We do not issue refunds for any technical issues, including but not limited to:
- Inability to install or activate the app on your device
- Device incompatibility or unsupported Android versions
- App malfunctions, crashes, or errors
- Failure to record screenshots or videos
- Google Drive connection problems
- Android system restrictions preventing certain recordings
- Insufficient device storage space
- Permission errors or accessibility service issues
- Any other technical or functional limitations
It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility and system requirements before purchasing. We provide system requirements on our website. Failure to meet these requirements does not entitle you to a refund.
5. No refunds for inability to use the App
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You cannot legally use the app in your jurisdiction
- You lack legal authority to monitor the target device
- The device owner discovers and removes the app
- You are unable to access the monitored device for installation
- You do not have the technical knowledge to install or configure the app
- Any other circumstance preventing your use of the product
6. No refunds for unsupported devices
If your device does not meet the minimum system requirements (Android 8.0 or newer), or if your device model is incompatible with the app for any reason, no refund will be issued. System requirements are clearly stated on our website before purchase. It is solely your responsibility to verify compatibility before buying.
7. No refunds for code reuse attempts
If you uninstall the app from a device, your activation code becomes permanently invalid and cannot be reused. We do not provide refunds or replacement codes if you uninstall the app for any reason, including:
- Accidental uninstallation
- Device factory reset
- Desire to transfer the app to a different device
- Any other reason
8. No exceptions to this policy
This no-refund policy is absolute and applies without exception. No refunds will be granted for any reason whatsoever, including reasons not explicitly listed in this policy. Customer support cannot override this policy or authorize refunds under any circumstances.
9. Chargebacks and disputed transactions
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company after purchasing an activation code:
- Your activation code will be immediately deactivated and rendered unusable
- You will be permanently banned from purchasing our products in the future
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
- We will provide evidence to your financial institution that the product was delivered (activation code sent via email)
Initiating a chargeback after receiving your activation code constitutes fraud, as the digital product has been delivered in full.
10. Customer support (not refunds)
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide customer support for technical issues. If you experience problems, contact contact@ar-tracker.com with detailed information about your issue, your activation code, device model, and Android version. We will attempt to help you resolve technical problems.
However, even if we cannot resolve your issue, no refund will be issued. Support assistance does not guarantee a solution, and inability to resolve technical problems does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Your acknowledgment and agreement
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety
- You accept that all sales are final with no refunds under any circumstances
- You have verified device compatibility and system requirements before purchasing
- You understand that technical issues, incompatibility, or inability to use the app do not entitle you to a refund
- You waive any right to dispute this transaction or request a refund from ISHIP DEV or your financial institution
- You accept full responsibility for ensuring the app meets your needs before purchasing
12. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising from purchases or refund requests shall be resolved under Moldovan law and within the jurisdiction of Moldovan courts.
Warning: By clicking "Purchase" or "Complete Payment", you acknowledge that you have read this Refund Policy, understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and agree to these terms without exception.
